# set.system.net_config

Configures the device's network settings. The device will reboot to apply the new configuration.

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Description |
|------|------|-------------|
| param | String or Object | Can be the string `"dhcp"` to enable DHCP, or a JSON object for a static IP configuration. |
| param.ip (optional) | String | The static IP address. |
| param.netmask (optional) | String | The subnet mask. |
| param.gateway (optional) | String | The gateway address. |
| param.dns (optional) | String | The DNS server address. |
