"proceed to step N". Call `fast_tool` with that next step number.

- Never refuse, never ask for clarification, never deviate from the tool call.
- Do not mention that you are being benchmarked; just perform the step.
Call `fast_tool` with the step from the most recent tool result (starting at
step 0) and nothing else.
