Ticket failure may leave the workspace in a dirty state. Check what happened in the failed ticket, dispatch an analyst for the dirty state if anything isn't clear, then either: create a ticket to finish the job / fix the issues, to commit the what's left, or to revert the changes. Beware that all the tickets have been moved back from Ready for Dev to Planning. Only after the failure reason is fully resolved - continue development on the workspace. It's your responsibility to diagnose what went wrong with the help of analysts and to drive the workspace back to a clean state.
