magma — CLI binary entry point.

Four interfaces per theory/MAGMA.md §II.8:

  1. Drop-in CLI compat — when invoked as terraform/tofu, magma honors the TF env vars, exit codes, and output formats.
  2. Native typed CLI — when invoked as magma, the pleme-io surface with extra subcommands (mcp, daemon, watch, attest, config, flow).
  3. MCP server — magma mcp launches the JSON-RPC 2.0 server.
  4. Rust library — consumers cargo add magma; this binary is a façade over the typed library surface.

Per theory/MAGMA.md §VI.M3 (Full CLI parity), every Terraform flag + exit code must match upstream. M0 ships the load-bearing subset (init/plan/apply/destroy + daemon/watch + mcp).
