- Keep connected Claude and Codex subscription indicators visible regardless of selected provider or model. Show “usage unavailable” when quota data is missing, and retry missing Codex quota while idle.

- Update Rustls to address TLS security advisories.
## Other changes
- Count supported OpenAI model tokens faster with a pure-Rust tokenizer. This applies automatically; tokenizer memory use increases. Anthropic estimates remain unchanged.
- Separate loaded skills from files in Session Files with a light border and load-count heading. Scrolling remains available.
- Update code-search dependencies and replace an unmaintained YAML parser.
- Building or installing now requires **Rust 1.90 or newer**.
