## Fixes
- Claude subscription and Anthropic API thinking now appear live in Mission Control and remain visible when reopening sessions. This happens automatically when providers return visible thinking. Signatures and redacted thinking remain hidden.
- Claude subscription quota survives transient status and usage failures instead of disappearing. Failed usage requests retry after 60 seconds.
- Stray or idle local relay connections no longer block Claude subscription requests. Additional generations remain refused.
- Newly compacted sessions can be exported with `/export`; compaction history directories now receive private permissions.
- Claude CLI discovery, output handling, and response validation handle failures more reliably.
- MCP commands sanitize error text and avoid duplicate failure messages.
- Session attachment preserves failure details and reports busy sessions explicitly.
## Other changes
- `sessions repair-permissions` prints its confirmation count to stderr alongside its prompt.
