## New features

### Clearly separated file and skill reads

File reads now use `<File>` wrappers; skill reads use `<Skill>` wrappers, including Code Mode results. Paths and edit tags identify each resource.

**How to use:** Ask the agent to read files or load skills as usual. No setup needed. Custom integrations should handle these wrappers; `hash_edit` patches still use `[PATH#TAG]`.

## Fixes

- Reads reaching output limits retain closing wrappers and explicitly identify omitted resources. Failed reads carry error status; only fully delivered lines authorize edits.

## Other changes

- Installation and source builds now require Rust 1.99.0 or newer. Update Rust before installing this release.
