## New features

### Local-agent discovery and catalog recovery

Local clients can browse sessions incrementally, inspect provider-specific catalog problems, refresh one provider, and cancel pending operations.

**How to use:** On macOS/Linux, launch `magi-code serve --stdio` and explicitly request `session.discover`, `model.catalog.status`, `model.refresh`, and `operation.cancel` in `initialize.required_capabilities`. Follow discovery cursors until `complete=true`; discard provisional pages on failure. Refresh with `model.refresh` using `{"provider":"<provider>"}`, then reload catalog status. Cancel with `operation.cancel` using `{"request_id":"<pending-request-id>"}`. Settings changes require restarting child.

### Live and saved tool cards

Local clients can display structured tool results, edit previews, outcomes, and task relationships during turns and after reopening sessions.

**How to use:** Request `tool.cards` during initialization and validate its descriptor. Apply `tool.card` events as replacement snapshots at existing activity positions; read saved cards from `history.page` entries’ `tool_card` field. Clients without negotiation retain existing response shapes.

## Fixes

- Prevent duplicate skills in `$` autocomplete during startup.
- Keep unrelated missing provider catalogs from degrading enabled model choices.
- Preserve Bash-mode summaries when previews are empty; remove misleading zero-call labels.
- Preserve sanitized applied, partial, and deleted edit previews across reopening. Missing or invalid saved detail remains explicitly unavailable.
