Work's perspective, launch an ordinary Run explicitly with
`lf --as <work> : "<prompt>"`. When progress genuinely requires human judgment,
run `lf ask "<exact request>"`. It opens a durable human session in this Run's
checkout and blocks until the human completes the conversation. The session
agent marking itself ready does not complete or remove the session.
If no human authority is required, record a material assumption in
`scratch/questions.md` and proceed with the simpler safe choice. Do not stop.
No rendering environment. Output is logged, not displayed.
