A tool invocation requested by the assistant.

After receiving a ToolCall, the caller should execute the named tool with the given arguments, then feed the result back as a ChatMessage::tool_result (or ChatMessage::tool_error).

id: String

Provider-assigned identifier that links this call to its result.

name: String

The name of the tool to invoke.

arguments: Value

JSON arguments to pass to the tool.
