# Contributing

To improve tracking of contributions to this project we will use a process
modeled on the Developer Certificate of Origin (DCO) 1.1.

At the end of a commit message, a "sign-off" line is required to indicate that
you have the right to pass it on as an open-source patch to this project under
the rules of the DCO as can be read below.

Further, it means that you understand that this project and the contributions
are public and that a record of the contribution is maintained indefinitely and
may be redistributed consistent with this project or the open source license(s)
involved.
