Per-phase counts (ACCESS-005 R7).
Every count is incremented at the phase it names, never inferred from time or a successful exit. Nothing here touches a store: store calls, flushes and syncs are zero by construction and have no counter.
Fields§
§observed_revocations: u64Revocation changes observed on the stream.
applied_revisions: u64Unique contiguous revisions applied.
duplicate_revisions: u64Revisions at or below the cursor, ignored.
watermark_advances: u64Watermarks that advanced the cursor.
refused_events: u64Events refused by name.
affected_visits: u64Connections visited through the reverse index for a change.
resume_rechecks: u64Connections rechecked by a settled resume.
admissions_committed: u64Admissions committed through the fence.
admissions_refused: u64Admissions refused, at staging or at the fence.
binding_replacements_refused: u64Attempts to bind a second binding to a connection, refused.
withdrawals: u64Rights withdrawn without closing.
closes_decided: u64Closes decided.
close_publication_refused: u64Closes whose control could not be published; the denied state still gates the connection and its own wake delivers the close.
closes_attempted: u64Reason-bearing closes the connection attempted to write.
closes_flushed: u64Of those, the ones written to the socket in full.
close_transport_failures: u64Of those, the ones whose write failed or had no stream.
cleanups: u64Connections released through the removal funnel.
decisions_pruned: u64Decisions pruned as unreferenced.
gap_transitions: u64Transitions into Gap.
loss_transitions: u64Transitions into Unavailable.
reset_transitions: u64Transitions into Reset.
terminal_errors: u64Terminal stream errors.
decision_asks: u64Cold decision asks made to Lys (network calls).
stale_replies_refused: u64Cold replies older than the revision they were asked at, refused.
stale_overwrites_prevented: u64Reply decisions that would have overwritten a deny, refused.
rows_read: u64Decision rows read from baselines and replies.
