A revocation decision failure, by its stable public name (ACCESS-005 R5).

A refused Connect carries the name alone as its ConnectError message under reason 0x0006; a refused hot operation carries it as its error message. No variant carries credential, holder, live-prefix or grant-chain bytes.

Variants

GrantRevoked

The right the operation or connection needs was withdrawn by a Lys grant revocation.

BindingMissing

No authenticated grant-decision binding matches the presented credential, or the binding covers no right for the operation.

RevisionUnavailable

The local cache has not applied the revision the binding requires, or a needed decision could not be acquired at a current revision.

StreamUnavailable

The grant-change stream is not ready: never ready yet, its transport is lost, or it ended on a terminal error.

StreamGap

The grant-change stream skipped a revision no trusted evidence covers.

LogReset

The grant log was replaced; its revisions cannot be compared with the binding’s until the new log’s baseline settles.

ProtocolUnsupported

The peer cannot negotiate the reason-bearing close this policy requires before admission.
