Expand description

A token-carrying request whose durable write the server could not settle (0x0128).

The store answered the request’s write with an unknown outcome: it may have been applied. The server read the position back and could not say, so it names that here instead of closing the connection with no frame. The connection stays open and the conversation is rebuilt from the store on its next touch. The request is not answered: the client re-presents it with the same attempt token, and is answered its original commit if the write landed, or the one commit it then makes if it did not.

It is answered inside participant-v1, as 0x0127 was: the participant inner version is compared for equality, with no negotiation, so a bump would refuse every frame. A v1.0 decoder meets this discriminant as UnknownDiscriminant, a connection fault, keeps its slot and re-presents.
