Usage
-----

Add this to your `Cargo.toml`:

```toml
[dependencies]
libtz = "0.1.1"
```

Example

let tz = libtz::Timezone::default()?;

Status
------
This is young code and I'm not sure about the finaly interface yet. It may
change rapidly.
