LibreFlow API

An FCS/GatingML library.

This project is used in the LibreFlow application for handling FCS and GatingML data. Some features include:

• FCS/GatingML file parsing/writing
• FCS data transformations and clustering
• computing common statistics for FCS data

Note that this crate is still under active development.
