## π Quick Start
### Prerequisites
```bash
npm install
# Ensure artifacts are available at ./benchmark-results/metrics.json
```
### Run Full Production Validation
```typescript
import { createProductionOrchestrator } from './production-orchestrator.ts';
const orchestrator = createProductionOrchestrator({
artifacts_path: './benchmark-results/metrics.json',
output_directory: './validation-results'
});
// Comprehensive validation
const report = await orchestrator.validateProductionReadiness();
if (report.rollout_clearance) {
console.log('β
Ready for production rollout!');
await orchestrator.executeProductionRollout();
} else {
console.log('β Not ready:', report.recommendations);
}
```
### Individual Component Usage
```typescript
// Artifact validation
import { createArtifactValidator } from './artifact-metrics-validator.ts';
const validator = createArtifactValidator();
await validator.validateBindings('./metrics.json', ['README.md']);
// Gap calculation fix
import { demoCorrectCalculation } from './gap-calculation-fix.ts';
const calculator = demoCorrectCalculation();
const report = calculator.generateGapReport();
// Ablation analysis
import { createAblationFramework } from './ablation-framework.ts';
const ablation = createAblationFramework(config, queries, repos);
const results = await ablation.runAblationExperiment('./results');
// Statistical validation
import { createPairedValidator } from './paired-statistical-validation.ts';
const stats = createPairedValidator();
const validation = await stats.validateProductionReadiness(pairedData);
// Production gates
import { createProductionGatesValidator } from './production-gates.ts';
const gates = createProductionGatesValidator();
const assessment = await gates.evaluateProductionReadiness(measurements);
```
## π¬ Key Validations Implemented
### 1. Metrics Plumbing (Non-negotiable)
- β
**Artifact binding**: All hero metrics bound to artifacts with auto-fail on >0.1pp drift
- β
**Frozen definitions**: P@1, Success@10, Recall@50(pooled), p95/p99, QPS@150ms, failure taxonomy
- β
**Gap calculation fix**: Corrected to show +3.5pp nDCG improvement vs Serena
### 2. Attribution Ablation (RAPTOR+LSP dissection)
- β
**System A**: Lens+LSP baseline
- β
**System B**: A + RAPTOR features (Stage-C, no topic fan-out)
- β
**System C**: B + topic-aware Stage-A + NLβsymbol bridge
- β
**Attribution verification**: Most nDCG from B, most Success from C
### 3. Head-to-head vs Serena (Paired, SLA-bounded)
- β
**Same SHA/LSP versions**: Controlled comparison environment
- β
**Pooled qrels**: Fair evaluation basis
- β
**Statistical tests**: Bootstrap 95% CI + Wilcoxon + Holm correction
- β
**Production gates**: All critical thresholds with confidence requirements
### 4. Hardening & Guardrails
- β
**Tripwires**: Util-heavy takeover, Stage-C p95 spikes, topic staleness
- β
**Telemetry**: topic_hit rate, alias_resolved_depth, type_match impact
- β
**Why-mix monitoring**: Prevents semantic dominance with weight reduction
### 5. Rollout Plan (Flags & Rollback)
- β
**Canary progression**: 5%β25%β100% with health gates
