lamfold-udf — third-party attribution

lamfold-udf is original Lamco Development work (MIT OR Apache-2.0), clean-roomed
from the freely-available specifications:

  ECMA-167 (Volume and File Structure for Write-Once and Rewritable Media)
  OSTA Universal Disk Format (UDF) 1.02

Permissive implementations consulted ONLY as architecture references and as test
oracles (never copied):

  hadris-udf    MIT   (no_std UDF 1.02 read shape)
  oxideav-dvd   MIT   (clean-room UDF reference)

The GPL implementations were FENCED OFF — not read, not transcribed:

  Linux kernel fs/udf   GPL-2.0   (ecma_167.h / osta_udf.h struct headers)
  udftools / mkudffs    GPL-2

Test fixtures are generated with mkudffs (a tool, not a source); the on-disk
bytes are data, not code.
