Variants

Lint

Load and validate a pack directory fully locally, printing what it registers (gates, prompts, checklists, artefact stores).

A directory without a pack.toml is not a pack — the command says so plainly and exits 0. An invalid pack fails closed: nonzero exit naming the offending field (unknown field, wrong type, missing required key, empty gate command, duplicate name, model-judged gate kind, engine-reserved gate name).
