In this module there is the behaviour for the configuration files of the project
## exclusions
Four functions exposed
1. Checks if a file name is excluded
2. Adds exclusion
3. Shows all the exclusions
4. Removes the exclusions
## defaults
Not finished yet. In theory will expose a struct for getting the origin and target default paths
