Resident daemon library for [Kintsugi](https://github.com/arrowassassin/kintsugi): local IPC server and the decision loop that classifies proposed commands and records them.
This is an internal crate. Install the [`kintsugi`](https://crates.io/crates/kintsugi) crate to get all binaries.
