Write plan for a delete op (soft or hard).

Fields

target_id: Uuid

The id of the entity or note being deleted.

statements: Vec<PlanStatement>

Row DML (and, for a hard delete, incident-edge cascade DML) to apply inside the atomic unit, in order. The target-row delete statement carries the existence guard; a cascade edge-delete statement (hard delete only) is unguarded — it may legitimately affect zero rows if the target had no incident edges.

post_commit: PostCommitEffect

Deferred note-mutation-hook fire, for a note delete (#750 2). PostCommitEffect::None for entity and edge deletes — the hook system is note-only.
