Keyring-Manager

Keyring-Manager is a fork of the 'keyring' crate that has been modified to meet the needs of the Veilid project.
Testing
-------
`scripts/test_all.sh` runs every suite this host can run. Individual suites are
`scripts/test_native.sh`, `test_linux.sh`, `test_ios.sh`, `test_android.sh` and
`test_windows.ps1`; each script's header documents what it needs.
One thing no simulator can check is whether keychain items stay readable while an iOS device is
locked, since a simulator has no lock screen and enforces no protection class. `src/tests/ios_locked.rs`
and `ViewController.runLockedDeviceTest` are the harness for that, driven by hand on a physical
phone; the driver is left commented out because `test_ios.sh` blocks until the process exits.
