Derive macros for Keeshond Game Engine.

Use this to easily derive Component and related traits:

#[derive(Component)]
struct Doggy
{

}

You can also use the component attribute on the struct to configure how Component is derived:

#[derive(Component)]
#[component(removal = "fast")]
struct Bunny
{
   // ...
}
