kcode-telegram-update-dispatch

A focused Telegram update dispatcher with bounded, keyed FIFO scheduling.

The crate derives a principal key for each teloxide::types::Update, preserves FIFO ordering within each key, permits independent keys to progress concurrently, and isolates processor errors and panics. Queues, active workers, and global processor concurrency are bounded.
