kcode-kweb-context

kcode-kweb-context owns Kennedy's in-session Kweb node context and its provider-facing box projection policy.

The crate is deliberately independent of network fetching and Chatend persistence. Callers fetch a requested node and its fixed connections, apply them to Context, then translate the returned BoxSpec values into their box system.
