# kcode-k1-codex-websearch
This Unix-only library runs one isolated, non-interactive Codex live-Web search.
`Runner::run` takes exact query bytes, model suffix, reasoning effort, and one
absolute deadline covering both help preflights and direct non-shell execution.
Each call uses a fresh empty directory, ignores user config and rules, and has
strict live-Web-only config, ambient auth, read-only sandbox, approval `never`,
required `--no-daemon`, verbatim stdin, exact model/effort arguments, and no prompt.
Unbounded JSONL/stderr drains run concurrently. Success needs status zero,
`turn.completed`, and the exact last completed `agent_message`; unknown valid
events are tolerated. Deadline, cancellation, or teardown kills and reaps the
process group, with no subordinate timeout, cleanup reserve, cap, retry, or fallback.
