`CurrentTime` accepts JSON that parses as an object with no fields, including surrounding whitespace, and returns the current UTC timestamp. Malformed JSON, non-object JSON, and nonempty objects return exactly `invalid CurrentTime arguments`. Every other name returns exactly `unknown Ktool`.
`launch` is synchronous. Each invocation performs JSON validation and, for valid `CurrentTime`, one system-clock read and timestamp-formatting operation.
