Usage
echo "Hello / World" | json-escape
"Hello \/ World"
Flags
--no-escape-slash
By default, json-escape escapes forward slashes (/ → \/), which is safe
for HTML/script embedding. Use --no-escape-slash to output / as-is:
echo "https://example.com" | json-escape
"https:\/\/example.com"
echo "https://example.com" | json-escape --no-escape-slash
"https://example.com"
