# Contributor License Agreement
Thank you for your interest in contributing to Infr. This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") documents the rights granted by contributors to this project.
By submitting a pull request or otherwise contributing to this project, you agree to the following terms:
## 1. Definitions
- **"You"** means the individual or legal entity submitting a Contribution.
- **"Contribution"** means any original work of authorship, including modifications or additions to existing work, that you submit to this project.
- **"Project Owner"** means the owner of the Infr repository (github.com/mdanka/infr).
## 2. Copyright Assignment
You hereby irrevocably assign to the Project Owner all right, title, and interest in and to the copyright in your Contributions. This includes, without limitation, the right to license, relicense, sublicense, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Contributions in any form, in any medium, and for any purpose.
## 3. Patent License
You hereby grant to the Project Owner a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contributions, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your Contributions alone or by combination of your Contributions with the project to which they were submitted.
## 4. License Back
The Project Owner hereby grants to you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your own Contributions, in any form, for any purpose.
## 5. Representations
You represent that:
- You are legally entitled to grant the above assignment and licenses.
- Each Contribution is your original creation, or you have sufficient rights to submit it under these terms.
- Your Contribution does not violate any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
- If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create, you have received permission to make Contributions on behalf of that employer, or your employer has waived such rights.
## 6. No Obligation
You understand that the decision to include your Contribution in the project is entirely at the discretion of the Project Owner. You are not entitled to compensation for your Contributions.
## 7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Project Owner.
