WIP: Indexed Linked List, a customizable linked list implementation that stores nodes in a single array, identifying them using a user-specified index type. NOTE: This crate is currently being prepared for release. If there is still no content on 2023-02-01, I will happily transfer this crate name to you, if you demonstrate a use for it.
