#[non_exhaustive]pub enum ResolutionError {
InvalidDid,
NotFound,
MethodNotSupported,
RepresentationNotSupported,
InvalidDidDocument,
InternalError,
Other(String),
}Expand description
The error vocabulary of DID resolution (DID Core §7.1.2, DID Resolution).
Serializes as the registered keyword, for example notFound; a keyword this crate does not
know is kept in Other.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
InvalidDid
invalidDid: the DID does not conform to the DID syntax.
NotFound
notFound: no DID document exists for the DID.
MethodNotSupported
methodNotSupported: the resolver has no implementation of the DID method.
RepresentationNotSupported
representationNotSupported: the resolver cannot produce the requested media type.
InvalidDidDocument
invalidDidDocument: the method returned a document that is malformed or not the
document of the DID (DID Resolution “Errors”).
InternalError
internalError: the resolver failed unexpectedly (DID Resolution “Errors”).
Other(String)
Any other keyword.
