[hyperspeed-broadcast](https://gitlab.insrt.uk/insert/project-hyperspeed/-/tree/master/crates/broadcast) is a media ingest server (currently only supports FTL media ingest, forwarding RTP packets to WebRTC clients), it also provides a signaling WebSocket server for establishing new client connections.
