This is a work-in-progress PCP Memory Mapped Value (MMV) instrumentation API in Rust.

Currently, only singleton metrics are supported. There is a simple example of it's usage at `examples/physical.rs`. To run it, do

```
cargo run --example physical
```

Then,
- if you have a valid PCP installation, the metrics can be monitored using the command `pminfo -f mmv.physical_metrics`, and the MMV file itself can be found at `$PCP_TMP_DIR/mmv/physical_metrics`.
- if PCP isn't installed, the MMV file will be found in `/tmp/mmv/`, though in order to view it you'll have compile the `mmvdump` tool (found [here]https://github.com/performancecopilot/speed/tree/master/mmvdump or [here]https://github.com/performancecopilot/pcp/blob/master/src/pmdas/mmv/mmvdump.c) and run `./mmvdump /tmp/mmv/physical_metrics`.
