hop-mix 2.0

hop-mix creates deterministic additive aggregates of HOP actions. Polynomial coefficients and compatible masks are added in F_65537; the output nonce is derived from a domain-separated transcript committing to every full action hash and contributor order.

The crate rejects empty batches, malformed permutations, noncanonical actions, and incompatible masks. Mixing is additive aggregation, not sequential action composition and not an anonymity or cryptographic mixing protocol.
