Variants

Column(usize)

Single byte column from the trace.

Columns(Vec<usize>)

Multiple byte columns stitched into one key segment via the global β schedule.

RowIndexLeBytes(usize)

Virtual clock derived from the row index; num_bytes controls the byte width. Required for Permutation-kind buses to pin per-row uniqueness and prevent char-2 even-multiplicity parity collapse.

Const(u128)

Constant byte for cross-table domain separation.

RowIndexByte(usize)

Virtual single byte k of the row index.
