haz-vfs

Filesystem abstraction used by haz. Wraps standard library filesystem operations behind a small surface area so that paths and errors carry haz's domain types.

Part of the haz workspace task runner. The path resolution rules are specified in docs/spec/06-paths.md in the project repository.
