Cache key components for a single pipeline source. Equality of all fields is necessary and sufficient for cache reuse.

Compact tag for active CompilerOptions. Flipping HARN_DISABLE_OPTIMIZATIONS between runs would otherwise reuse a chunk compiled under the wrong setting.
