{{ extra_instructions }}

{{ end }}You are producing a SITREP (situation report) for the user about an in-progress agent conversation.

Write exactly 3 short sentences, each on its own line, in this order:
1. CURRENT STATE — what the agent is presently focused on or has just completed.
2. WORK DONE — concrete outcomes so far (files touched, commands run, decisions made). Be specific. Past tense.
3. NEXT ACTION — what the agent intends to do next, or what input is needed from the user to proceed.

Hard rules:
- Exactly 3 lines. No preamble, no "Sure!", no markdown, no bullet points, no numbering in the output.
- Each line is one sentence, ≤ 35 words.
- Never invent facts the transcript does not contain. If a piece is genuinely unknown, say "unclear" rather than guessing.
- Treat tool calls / tool results / system reminders as authoritative when they conflict with prose.
