What the run loop must do after App::handle_create_key processes a key in the create overlay (issue #217). Keeps the side effects (worktree creation, view transition) in the loop while the form mutations stay in the testable handler.

Variants

Handled

The key mutated form state (or was ignored); stay in the overlay.

Submit

Enter on the description field — the loop should run submit_create.

Cancel

Esc — the loop should close the overlay back to the list.
