Don't reinvent wheel.

This is an alpha placeholder crate for GraphBlocks. It reserves the graphblocks-flow crate name while the Rust runtime and compiler crates mature.

GraphBlocks is a provider-neutral contract layer for AI applications. The implementation currently lives in focused crates such as graphblocks-schema, graphblocks-compiler, graphblocks-runtime-core, and related packages.
