Bidirectional-text index↔x mapping for gpui shaped lines. The platform shapers already reorder RTL glyphs correctly; gpui's own LineLayout lookups assume byte index and x rise together, which is false for RTL. This reads the reordered glyph table properly so a caret, a selection, and a click land where the reader expects.
