git-paw uses [OpenSpec](https://github.com/openspec) for formal, testable specifications. Each capability has a dedicated spec file using RFC 2119 keywords (`SHALL`, `MUST`, `SHOULD`) and GIVEN/WHEN/THEN scenarios.
