gbp-node

GBP-layer group node for the Group Protocol Stack.

This is the IP-like substrate that the three sub-protocol crates (gtp-protocol, gap-protocol, gsp-protocol) build on. It owns the framing, AEAD, replay window, FSM and control plane.
