franken-snowflake-http -- Asupersync-native HTTPS transport API draft.

This crate owns the transport boundary for Snowflake SQL API calls: endpoint validation, TLS/root policy configuration, redacted header construction, request/response body limits, deterministic retry planning, attempt-log vocabulary, partition streaming plans, and the live Asupersync HTTP client seam. It deliberately does not own SQL API schemas, credential lookup/signing, receipts, CLI envelopes, or local cache state.

The live transport path is shaped around Asupersync's explicit &Cx API and high-level pooled HTTP/1.1 client. The no-account code in this first slice is intentionally useful without live Snowflake credentials.
