The frozen input and analysis options of one foch merge.

prepare_merge
Turn foch merge arguments into the input and options analysis takes. Without INPUT_SOURCE the input is the current EU4 playset, inspected as bare foch and the desktop app inspect it; current supplies an inspection already made. Bare foch analyzes through this function with the arguments it shows as a command, so the two cannot diverge.
