Incomplete Rust interface for the FMOD 1.10.20 (FMOD 5) Low Level API

FMOD libraries with the 'L' suffix include logging to terminal or log file.

NOTE: libfmod.so.10.20 and libfmodL.so.10.20 have been patched to fix an issue with a malformed symbol table. This would manifest in linker errors like:

with rust-lld or:
