UnsupportedMode(String)

FIRSTPASS_MODE named an unknown mode (valid: observe, enforce).

Config(String)

The routing config file could not be read or parsed.

Auth(AuthConfigError)

The multi-tenant auth config (FIRSTPASS_TENANT_KEYS) is invalid (ADR 0004 §D1). The message never echoes hash material — only the structural problem.
