fips-core

Core FIPS mesh protocol implementation.

This crate contains the reusable mesh node, transport, discovery, routing, Noise session, endpoint, control, and TUN integration code used by FIPS-based applications.

FIPS is under active development. APIs and wire behavior are not yet stable.
