DevToolsServer

Struct DevToolsServer

Source
pub struct DevToolsServer { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

An explicitly started localhost listener. Keep the handle on the UI thread for the lifetime of the endpoint. Dropping it stops the listener, closes clients and removes highlights/logging. The UI thread does work only for the requests of clients: each is posted to its dispatcher.

Implementations§

Source§

impl DevToolsServer

Source

pub fn start(port: u16) -> Result<Self>

Start on 127.0.0.1. Port zero requests an available port. Must run on the UI thread after platform setup; windows opened later are discovered automatically.

Source

pub fn with_browser(port: u16, browser: Browser) -> Result<Self>

Source

pub fn local_addr(&self) -> SocketAddr

Source

pub fn register(&self, root: &Ref<TopLevel>) -> String

Register a window from a custom lifetime, on the UI thread.

impl Drop for DevToolsServer

Source§

fn drop(&mut self)

Executes the destructor for this type. Read more
Source§

fn pin_drop(self: Pin<&mut Self>)

🔬This is a nightly-only experimental API. (pin_ergonomics)
Execute the destructor for this type, but different to Drop::drop, it requires self to be pinned. Read more
